How do I return an item?

At Ciao Bella! Home we are committed to customer satisfaction. We want to ensure our customers are always happy with their order. That is why we have implemented a no hassle return policy! If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, we’ll be happy to issue a refund, an exchange, or store credit.
In order to make a return:
Return request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unopened, unused, unworn
  • Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of use, wear, or wash
  • You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:
  • Custom made or otherwise customized items
  • Items that have been altered, damaged due to use, or show any sign of wear and tear
To return a product, please email [email protected] with your order number, proof of purchase, and the item you intend to return. We will send a return label and a confirmation email once the items are received. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of 25%. Returned checks carry a $25.00 service charge.
