FYI: Our premium cups and teapots require several stages of handwork. After removing them from the mold, small parts such as handles must be trimmed and cleaned, then applied to the body of the cup or teapot manually.
Liquid porcelain acts as the adhesive and the two pieces become one in the firing so the handles will not crack or fall off.
Like all Pillivuyt porcelains, these items retain heat evenly and keep your beverage warm or cold far longer than ordinary dinnerware.
